NO EXEMPTIONS. A vehicle of the Regional Police Community Relations Division (RPCRD) of the PNP Regional Office (PRO-10) based in Camp Alagar in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City gets clamped by the City’s Road and Traffic Administration along Cruz Taal Street (beside RCBC).

The car was probably clamped after parking inside a yellow box. Once clamped, you’ll get a citation ticket and a P1,500 fine.

Wonder how cars get clamped quickly in Divisoria? Aside from onsite inspection and walk-through, CCTV monitors installed around the city’s streets particularly in the Divisoria area help identify traffic violations. When a violation is observed thru CCTV, RTA personnel assigned are then radioed to proceed to the area where the violation is committed.
