Mark Yee scored 27 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in his return to Misamis Oriental and spoiled the inspired play of Gerald Anderson to lift Davao Occidental Tigers Cocolife to a 94-78 win against Imus Khaleb Shawarma in the ongoing Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League Lakan Season at the El Salvador City Gym in El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental.

Yee previously played for the MisOr Meteors in 2009 in the defunct Liga Pilipinas where he bagged MVP honors. Crowd-favorite Gerald Anderson scored 20 points including 4 triples to lead Imus.

Meanwhile in the second game, Kagayanon Carlo Lastimosa scored 14 points as the Manila Frontrow Stars upended defending champion San Juan Knights Go for Gold. PBA-bound Mike Ayonayon scored 20 for San Juan.
