The city’s road clearing task force returned to Cogon Market for another round of clearing operations yesterday, October 20, this time along Yacapin Extension. A building canopy, platform and side staircase were demolished.

Meanwhile, the road clearing operation around Carmen Market is scheduled on November 3. Accordingly, some 55 stallholders will be affected. Out of the 55 stalls, only 41 have business permits and will be prioritized for relocation at the first floor of the market. Those with expired business permits will be required to renew their permits.
