Better late than never….ongoing improvement works at Laguindingan Airport in Misamis Oriental continue with the installation of glass enclosures for the Passenger Terminal Building’s (PTB) initial screening area, construction of a covered pathway and passenger waiting area.

According to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Phils. (CAAP), other projects include repainting of the PTB’s walls and the upgrading of flight information display system (FISD) of the PTB which are now under procurement and are expected to start before the end of the year. Accordingly, all of these projects amount to a total of Php 31,628,412.

Here’s the new passenger waiting area fronting the PTB. More shade for those who wait the arrival and departure of their loved ones, family members and guests.
