The planned mixed-use development at the current Xavier University campus along Corrales Avenue in downtown Cagayan de Oro City is initially named as XAVIER CITY.

As indicated in the proposal which is still on process for approval by the Jesuit central leadership in Rome, a new 6-lane thoroughfare will cut across the property which will become an extension of Toribio Chaves Street and will exit along Mortola Street. The Immaculate Conception Chapel will be retained and the immediate vicinity will be converted into a park.

The south side will have office towers on top of commercial buildings while the upper section will have residential condominiums.

It was also revealed that the College of Law and College of Medicine will be retained and occupy one of the towers.

Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) will reportedly buy around 3.9 hectares of the Divisoria property for about P1.95 billion. Based on the plan, this will occur on the 5th year. Accordingly, Phase 1 of the Masterson campus will be completed in the first 4 years and by the 5th year, all colleges except for law and medicine will be transferred to Manresa Town.
