Consultations are still ongoing for the planned new campus of Xavier University at Uptown Cagayan de Oro City.
Initially named Masterson Campus, it will be part of a new development called Manresa Town. Out of the total 63 hectares, the new campus will comprise 20.65 hectares while the mixed-use development by Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) will be 16.35 hectares. The remaining 25-hectare forest reserve will be retained which means XU will keep about 77% of the Manresa property.
