Construction of the 17-hectare CAGAYAN DE ORO ECOPARK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT at the former dumpsite in Upper Dagong, Carmen will finally start after this morning’s ground breaking ceremony led by City Mayor Oscar Moreno, members of the City Council and other city officials.

Phase 1 of the P70 million proposed development will include Parking Area, Children’s Playground, Amphitheater, Function Hall, Boat Dock and Pond Area.
