Miss Cagayan de Oro 2012 Greanne Mendoza has found a new love! You’ve read it right. The beauty queen has put all her heart out this time — at the kitchen. Using Greanne’s own recipe for the increasingly popular Korean style fried chicken, KK Chicken – a newly-opened small diner located along 6th-17th Streets in Nazareth is slowly drawing some loyal patrons since it opened last June 15.
KK stands for Krispy and Krunchy and truly, its authentic Korean fried chicken recipe is even juicy, affordable and guess what — deliciously tasty which makes you come back for more.
KK Chicken offers servings for groups (3-4pax) but you can also order KK Rice Meals (1 pc or 2 pc chicken with drinks). We tried out four if its best sellers. Yangnyeom, Honey Butter Chicken, Snow Chicken and Kimchi Fried Rice.
Yangnyeom – if you like it spicy and even double spicy
Honey Butter Chicken – sweet honey blend for your krispy and krunchy chicken
Snow Chicken – a sprinkle of snow cheese on its delicious chicken
The affordable Kimchi Fried Rice (P40 only) is a must try.
