While work continues for the completion of the 75-foot Christ The King statue located in Samay, Gingoog City, an updated site development plan for the entire shrine complex has just been revealed
As shown below (courtesy of RD Leisurefarm), the updated plan includes a walkway resembling the Great Wall of China leading to the statue, a small roundabout with a large crown and the Christ the King Church. There’s still a lot of open spaces for future development.
