Labeled as The City of Golden Harvest, Valencia City is a 2nd class component city in the province of Bukidnon. With a vast area, a population of over 200,000 and being strategically located at the center of Bukidnon, Valencia is a city with a growing economy. Investors flock in Valencia because of its market potential and promising economy. Truth be told, it is the only city in Bukidnon with a Robinson’s mall and it’s not even the main city.
Last March 30, 2019 at Uno Business Hotel in Valencia City, StreetBy, in partnership with Bank of the Philippine Islands and Department of Trade and Industry, spearheaded the first ever merchant forum entitled Increase your Sales Through Digital Transformation. The main focus of the forum is to provide opportunities for SMEs to explore the digital market and how it can assist their respective businesses in a fast-paced technology. The first speaker was the OIC-Provincial Director at DTI Bukidnon, Mr. Junar Merla with his topic, “Negosyo Center Partnership with StreetBy in Promoting Digital Entrepreneurship” followed by Ms. Charity Salcedo Achas, Relationship Manager of BPI- Valencia Branch with her topic, “Digitalization of Banking Transactions”.
The forum was a success as it was attended by over 40 participants coming from different sectors —the Local Government Unit, Chamber of Commerce, SMEs and more. It was also graced by the presence of StreetBy CEO, Mr. Rhey Minoza who is also a local of Bukidnon and has continuously provided employment to his fellow Bukidnon locals in his own company. The local love and support he has been getting is overwhelming.
In conclusion, modern times demand modern approach in terms of dealing with businesses and this is where StreetBy sets in. As it functions as a business solution provider, StreetBy maximizes any establishment’s advantages in a highly-competitive market. On April 10, StreetBy Valencia will be live on the app and offers a month-long FREE delivery. This Mindanaoan Super App aims to provide opportunities for entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. Interested merchants are still welcome to sign up. Please send letter of intent firstname.lastname@example.org.
