The vicinity of the old amphitheater site in Cagayan de Oro City is now being enclosed for demolition works in preparation for the Divisoria Facelift Project highlighted by the construction of a new amphitheater.
The total project cost as indicated by the billboard onsite amounts to P76,030,593.97.
The police station (Station No. 1) has been temporarily relocated at the back of the City Tourism Building at City Hall while the massage therapists were transferred to the tennis court site beside CHED office along Hayes Street. Meanwhile, the perimeter roads (RN Abejuela, Tirso Neri, and Burgos Streets will be temporarily closed during the demolition works. Said roads will be re-opened after demolition.
