The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) has added Loay, Bohol to Cagayan de Oro as among eight (8) new RoRo missionary routes proposed by shipping operators in support of the Road Roll-on / Roll-off Terminal System (RRTS).

In case you’re not familiar with Loay, it’s a coastal town located at the mouth of Loboc River so it’s much closer to Tagbilaran and Panglao than Jagna which is at the far southeast portion of Bohol that has been the port destination for so long for many Kagay-anons with roots in Bohol.
