Where can you see white sands in landlocked Bukidnon province? Just recently, adventurers made a discovery of a good campsite on a sandbar beside Amusig River in the northeast portion of Bukidnon, one of the main tributaries of Tagoloan River.

As shown in the photos below courtesy of Ant Farm Outdoors, the small sandbar is just what campers need – shade, clear water and proximate to the outdoor destination. Accordingly, this site is near the boundary of Manolo Fortich and Impasug-ong and also near Malitbog.

The adventure also includes spelunking (cave exploring) and visit to a falls.

Ant Farm Outdoors is currently finalizing plans for an overnight camping adventure at the site next month. So for those interested, keep posted for announcement and details or visit its Facebook page below.

This could be a good outdoor activity this summer.
