Executives of Camella’s Condo Homes and Limketkai Center led today’s formal groundbreaking of The Loop South Tower, the second high-rise residential condominium project of the Villar Group in Cagayan de Oro City.
Attended by real estate brokers, sales agents, Camella staff and invited guests, the ground breaking ceremony signals the start of construction of the 26-storey condo located at Limketkai Center.
Unlike the North Tower, the South Tower will have ALL Studio Units. Accordingly, the project turnover is being targeted in 2024 or 5 years after the official ground breaking which is basically similar to the North Tower’s timeline which broke ground in 2014 and will have its turnover late this year.
It was also revealed that ALL-DAY Supermarket will occupy a large portion of the ground floor podium which will supply the grocery needs of unit owners. By the way, both the North and South Tower have separate entrance lobbies.
In the drawing board is the planned bridge to be constructed linking The Loop to ALL-Home and eventually to Limketkai Mall.
With the ground breaking held, expect excavation and bored pile works to start in the next feew weeks.
