Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar Moreno is facing another plunder case involving the construction of 508 classrooms which were allegedly overpriced.

According to an article at SunStar CDO, the four-page complaint was filed at the Office of the Ombudsman Mindanao by a certain Michael James Pada, a resident of Calaanan, Canitoan last January 24. Based on the complaint, the construction of each classroom costed between P900,000 and P1.2 million, which was way above the actual cost as per record from the classroom donated by the Federation of Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Department of Education (DepEd) and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
