Can’t get enough of whitewater rafting in Cagayan de Oro City? How about a card game with your friends? Guess what, there’s a new card game in town and is inspired by the city’s foremost adrenaline-pumping adventure.

RAPIDS, a simple yet intense and fast-paced party card game was developed by Cyrell Aspiras. Players or ‘paddlers’ assume the role of rafters heeding the river guide’s commands and avoiding falling from the raft and into the river. It’s basically whitewater rafting simulation without getting wet.

The RAPIDS card box includes one piece rule book, 1 RAFT card, 1 piece RIVER GUIDE helmet, 14 TURN cards, 10 SPIN cards, 10 HOLD cards, 10 DROP cards and 8 I’M THE GUIDE cards. Similar to any other card games, the winner of the round is the first player to discard all the cards on hand. Players or ‘paddlers’ can select how many rounds or games. The usual is the first to win 2 rounds wins the game.
