This is the perspective of the project. Previous reports state the building will be mainly made of glass and steel and will house a Negosyo Center at the ground floor which includes a coffee shop, pasalubong center, display area and bar. The Provincial Tourism Office will occupy the second floor and will have a conference room and rest rooms. The outdoor area will have tables and chairs where visitors can sit down and relax while having coffee or tea.
