‘Pahayahay sa Pantalan’, a seaside promenade park which is one of Gingoog City’s attractions is being proposed for a new development.

Built a decade ago near the old pier, it is a perfect spot for relaxation and also a favorite venue for festivals and other special events. As the city progressed, plans to develop the park started a few years ago to attract more tourists. Now, the proposal has surfaced again with a new video clip posted in social media by JP Architects (watch below). As shown, the development includes a food park, a restaurant, children’s playground and park and an outdoor stage.
