Chef Benje Gaviola of Limketkai Luxe Hotel’s Kave Restaurant took home P100,000 for his winning dish – Lechon Sisig Kilawin in Puff Pastry Shell in the just concluded Mindanao Leg of the Funlasang Pinoy Twist fest 2018, a culinary competition by Unilever Food Solutions held in Davao City.

Funlasang Pinoy challenges chefs and cooks across the country to make classic Pinoy dishes more exciting by putting flavorful twists that will bring these dishes to the spotlight. Chef Gaviola’s Lechon Sisig Kilawin in Puff Pastry Shell includes tender and juicy lechon kilawin with hints of lime on crispy puff pastry which will surely captivate sisig lovers everywhere.
