Gingoog City will soon have a city-owned tertiary education institution after City Mayor Marie de Lara Guingona led the recent groundbreaking of the proposed building of the Community College of Gingoog City (CCGC) located beside the People’s Playground in the belt of Barangay 22 last August 10.

The said project will finally realize the city’s dream to build, operate and establish its own academic institution that will offer tertiary education to Senior High graduates.
