Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) yesterday reopened runway 06/24 but several Cagayan de Oro flights were still affected as of today. Said runway was closed after a Xiamen Airlines Boeing 737-800 skidded off the runway while landing in heavy rain last Thursday just before midnight, August 16.
