Construction continues for the P45.5 million slope protection works along Masterson Avenue (Cagayan de Oro – Talakag Road) near Pryce Plaza in Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.
As shown in the photos below courtesy of Project LUPAD, concreting of roadside drainage lines are ongoing.
Installation of the high-tensile steel wire layer has also reached the bend.
You can also see the widening of the road as a result of the works.
The ongoing works are just below the perimeter fence of Pryce Plaza.
So far, traffic in the area has been well-managed despite the construction work.
Construction is expected to be completed by mid-October 2018.
The excavation works marks the boundary of the project.
We’re still not sure of what the final completed work will look like.
