Development of a world-class industrial park in Misamis Oriental is now underway after the latest update revealed the Ayala Group has now started the LAGUINDINGAN TECHNOPARK PROJECT, a mixed-use industrial complex inside its 526-hectare Special Economic Zone in Laguindingan town.
As shown below, a large tarp is already installed onsite in the fenced property.
It can be recalled that in April this year, industrial estate developer Prime Orion Philippines Inc. (POPI) which is now 63.9 percent owned by property giant Ayala Land, announced the launching of its 60-100 hectare development of some 42 lots with at least 7,000 sqm area in Laguindingan, which is being primed as a major manufacturing and logistical hub.
Shown below are initial developments as observed onsite.
Road networks are vital in the development of the industrial complex.
Meanwhile, improvement of the access road to the proposed Laguindingan Seaport is also ongoing.
The road improvement project costs P53.5 million.
