A new 48-classroom, 4-storey Kauswagan National High School will rise soon in Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City.
City Mayor Oscar Moreno led today’s formal groundbreaking ceremony together with Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin Uy, Kauswagan Barangay Chair Pedro Balite and other city and school officials.
The school building which costs around P63 million will rise within a 1.3-hectare school site in Kauswagan. It will be the future home for more than 1,400 junior high school and 169 senior high school students, and at least 50 teaching staff.
