Cagayan de Oro City’s ‘Hapsay Sapa’ Program has just won the 2018 Asian Townscape Award. This was revealed by Hapsay Sapa Council Focal Person Patrick Gabutina during the Ang CDO Karon TV Program.

The Hapsay Sapa Program is a waterways rehabilitation project which covers the Bitan-ag and Kolambog Creek. One of the program’s pilot project is the completed 180-meter Linear Park along Bitan-ag Creek at Brgy. 22. The project was successful as it involved community engagement.
