Remember our post yesterday about the captured stray dogs in Barangay Bugo, Cagayan de Oro City? Well, they have just been rescued and turned over to the City Animal Rescue Center in Brgy. Balubal for proper care.

Based on our source, concerned animal welfare volunteers contacted Dr. Medino Yebron of Network for Animals and Dr. Helen Ann Tacandong from the City Veterinary Office who in turn acted promptly on their concern on the captured dogs. The Balubal facility which was inaugurated in October last year is being managed by the City Veterinary Office. There, the dogs will be vaccinated and neutered and then will be ready for adoption. For interested adoptive parents, you can contact Mr. Israel Emata at 09159988880 or 8506416. Check out photos below on the dogs’ arrival at Balubal facility.
