The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea today lifted its travel alert advisory for the cities of Davao and Cagayan de Oro citing improving security conditions in Mindanao just two days before the first anniversary of the Marawi siege.

It can be recalled that the Korean government cautioned its citizens from traveling to the said cities following the siege of Marawi City which led to the declaration of martial law in Mindanao on May 23, 2017. The martial law has since been extended by Congress until the end of 2018. See news article below.
