There’s a small natural wonder in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental which is good for groups looking for a new place to explore the province’s hidden natural beauty.
The falls located in Brgy. Sambulawan has many names but the most common is Tagbabanga Spring and Falls. It’s a favorite spot for locals especially during summer. It is very accessible and just a walking distance from the National Highway. Simply get off at Sambulawan Brgy. Hall (along the highway) and ask for directions. It’s located in the interior but worth the trekking adventure. Here are some recent photos of the site.
Accordingly, because it’s summer, many locals and visitors from neighboring towns go to the site to cool off. It’s advisable to go early so you can take photos without the visitors.
The falls is partly hidden among the trees.
The height of the falls is approximately 10 feet.
As the day progress, more swimmers arrive onsite.
Check out more photos by Prince Paul Behiga who calls the place “Pusod Falls”.
