If you have travel plans on Sunday, April 8, 2018, be early as heavy traffic is anticipated along the National Highway in Pedro Sa. Baculio, El Salvador City with local officials and organizers expecting a mammoth crowd to pack the grounds of the Divine Mercy Shrine Complex in to celebrate the Feast of the Divine Mercy.

Last year, more than 100,000 devotees participated in the feast with many attendees started arriving at the complex a day before. Meanwhile, local officials have prepared a traffic plan for the feast day. A ONE WAY TRAFFIC SCHEME will be implemented effective April 7, 2018 at 6:00 AM up to April 8, 2018 10:00 PM.

***However on the Feast day, right after the Holy Mass, all vehicles in parking areas A to B and other parking areas near PSB Petron entrance will EXIT at PSB Petron entrance or make a counter flow for one (1) hour only. After that ONE WAY will still resume for the whole duration.

Emergency and traffic personnel will also be stationed along the highway and around the complex.

Devotees are reminded of the following simple rules.

So, if you have a scheduled flight at Laguindingan Airport on Sunday, you might as well add extra time departing to Laguindingan.
