Silver Discoverer, a yacht-type cruise ship operated by Silversea Cruises will be making a stopover in Cagayan de Oro City and Camiguin, Philippines next month as part of its Manila-Koror Asian Expedition Cruise.
As indicated in its cruise itinerary, the 116-guest capacity cruise ship will be arriving in Cagayan de Oro City on Sunday, May 6 and in Camiguin the following day, May 7. See screenshot below.
Silver Discoverer will depart Manila on April 30 and will make stops at Apo Reef, Sibuyan Island, Donsol, Tica Island, Capul Island, Bohol and Balicasag before arriving in Cagayan de Oro. The cruise’s final destination is at Koror in Palau. See itinerary map below.

The Bahamian-registered cruise ship has a crew of 100 attending to its 116 guests and among its amenities include a jogging track, a swimming pool; a gym and beauty salon; a restaurant and pool grill; a lecture room for in-depth stories and briefings about the destinations and a panoramic lounge. It is also equipped with 12 Zodiac boats and a glass-bottom boat for exploration of marine life. It has five categories of oceanview suites: Medallion, Veranda, Vista, View and Explorer.
