Cagayan de Oro pride and Olympian Ian Lariba has been admitted to a hospital again in early January 2018 after experiencing headaches and vomiting. She is again asking for everyone’s prayers and any form assistance in her battle against leukemia.
It can be recalled that the 23-year old Lariba was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia in May last year and underwent successful stem cell transplant last October 2017 and has since had regular follow-up check ups. In a recent Facebook post by DLSU Sports, Lariba’s condition has reportedly spread to her brain and spinal cord which caused her to have blurred vision and weakness on the left side of her body.
