The Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) today released its initial traffic scheme for the coastal road opening. Motorists and the public in general are advised to cooperate and observe the traffic scheme.

As shown below, the RED LINES are NO PARKING areas.

Here’s interesting – NO TRISIKAD, MOTORIZED SIKAD and TRICAB on the BLUE LINES. Considering that the area around Agora is literally a haven of trisikads, this is similar to Cogon. Will the RTA sustain the prohibition?

Meanwhile, RTA has designated a BUS STOP in Cugman right across Uratex.

Meanwhile, RTA is enforcing a NO LEFT TURN policy near Gusa Overpass and Pride Rock Business Park.

NO PARKING ZONES and LOADING/UNLOADING AREAS are also designated at Gusa Overpass which is near the Junction of Coastal Road.

These are just initial traffic schemes as plan alterations are expected once the Coastal Road is connected to Puntod.
