Cagayan de Oro City is a finalist in 4 of 5 categories for the Awards for Excellence in ICT for Good Governance for Local Government Units (eGOV Awards) 2017, the annual search for the best practices in local government units in utilizing information and communications technology (ICT) to effectively and efficiently deliver its public services directly to its constituents and to its business stakeholders.
Based on info released by the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP), the city made the final list in Best in Customer Empowerment (G2C), Best in Government Inter-Operability, Best in Business Empowerment (G2B) and Best in Digital Payment (P2G).
The awarding ceremony will be held on November 17 at Limketkai Luxe Hotel as one of the highlights of the 9th NICP ICT Summit. See the finalists below.
