Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar Moreno presented the city’s E-Payment Services in today’s 5th Regional Competitiveness Summit held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City.

This innovation allows the city’s taxpayers to pay online property taxes, building fees, traffic citations, market stall rental, and business permit fees. Online registration or renewal of business permits are also included in the system which has brought convenience to the city’s residents.

The city’s E-Payment Service was implemented with the assistance of the United States Agency for International Development’s E-PESO Activity.
