Have you been to this northeast coastal part of Laguindingan in Misamis Oriental?

It is near ‘Punta Sulawan’ or the lighthouse which is a geographical reference point and landmark for aid navigators and seafarers. Aside from the locals, only few people visit this place mostly for photoshoots (the lighthouse as a background) or to simply spend a quiet time looking at the blue sea.

Some 160 meters west of the lighthouse is this structure along the coast. It resembles a bow of a boat.

The said structure protrudes along the somewhat coralline coast littered with dried seaweeds.

Nobody really knows the story of this structure but it’s definitely a good place to reflect.
