Has Cagayan de Oro’s traffic gotten worse? As every motorists would say, traffic is everywhere in the city. It’s not just in the major intersections but in side roads, interior roads and even beyond rush hours.
Take for instance these set of photos posted by netizen Francene Luke of the everyday traffic being experienced by motorists along Masterson Avenue particularly near Corpus Christi’s Pueblo de Oro Campus. Accordingly, this usually happens around 7:00am during the dropping-off of students at the said school. As shown in the photos, motorists had to endure bumper-to-bumper traffic which sometimes extends towards DSWD Office or a 500-meter long line of traffic. To note, this area is located some 5 to 6 kilometers from the City Proper.
