In case you haven’t watch it yet…Spidey fans will see a whole new Spider-Man in this year’s reboot of friendly neighborhood arachnid-inspired teenage Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Starring Tom Holland, the new Spider-Man was launched last year in Captain America: Civil War, under Tony Stark’s mentorship.
If you are looking for a hint of Spider-Man of the olden days i.e. teenage boy reacting to super-powers after getting bitten by a rare specie of spider then later became a hero all by himself – those days are gone! Though, yes we still see the same Peter Parker going to high school, having a crush on a girl – not Mary Jane Watson though – and going home to Aunt May. This year, we see Spider-Man as the youngest member of the Avengers but without any Avenger stealing his limelight, save for some few scenes with Iron Man Mr. Stark himself. However, Tony Starks, being the boss, tells the boy that he is not yet ready to become a full Avenger and sends him back to high school. Peter will need to prove to Tony that he has got what it takes to be an Avenger. Find out how Spider-Man wins Tony Starks confidence and get himself to become an Avenger. Spider-Man: Homecoming is still showing Centrio Ayala Mall.
