The European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP) is continuing preparations for its planned office in Cagayan de Oro City in the third quarter of this year.
In an article from the Philippine News Agency, Jo-Ann Vidal, European Chamber representative for Northern Mindanao said the 800-member business group remains keen on business prospects in the region despite the ongoing situation in Marawi City.
This is a good development following our previous post in January. See below.
Ms. Vidal said ECCP is still in the process of collating business inventory and related data in the region. Accordingly, the office will provide European businessmen access to opportunities in networking, business matching as well as assistance for European companies in their export and import needs, among others.
