Phinma Property Holdings Corp., the affordable housing unit of Phinma Corp., will be investing in a socialized housing venture in Cagayan de Oro City.

In a report from The Philippine Star, the CDO project will be one of its estimated P1 billion capital expenditures this year. Phinma’s socialized housing projects are in partnership with local government units and intended for the homeless.

In its latest Annual Report (2016), the company stated it got endorsement by the Social Action Center of the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro to take over relocation projects for Sendong victims.

Among its completed affordable housing projects are Pleasant Hills in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan; Bistekville II in Quezon City; and Strikeville IV located in Bacoor, Cavite.
