Several Manila-Cagayan de Oro-Manila flights tomorrow, Saturday, March 11, were cancelled by both Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines after the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) announced tonight an extension of the maintenance shutdown of the Tagaytay radar, which serves Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

The maintenance work was originally set to be completed by 6AM tomorrow, March 11, but latest update revealed the necessary repairs need to be extended up to 12 midnight same day. See below the list of flights cancelled.

Cebu Pacific Flights

5J 381/382 – Manila – Cagayan de Oro – Manila
5J 389/390 – Manila – Cagayan de Oro – Manila

Philippine Airlines:

2521 – Manila – Cagayan de Oro
2522 – Cagayan de Oro – Manila

Passengers on flights affected should immediately contact the concerned airline for refunds or flight rebooking.
