Co-working spaces is now an emerging trend and flexible workspace provider Regus has announced it is expanding to Cagayan de Oro City. Flexible working spaces are the current demand among millennials to which Regus aims to cater.

The city has long been in Regus’ radar as early as 2015 (LINK) as among its potential sites in expanding outside Metro Manila. After its recent opening in Davao City, Regus Philippines now has over 5,300 work stations across 25 centers. It is considering several locations in Cagayan de Oro eyeing partnership with property developers to allow it to operate and manage a Regus office in a building owned by the developer.
