Information gathered that the city drainage masterplan costs around P1.2 billion and this includes the ongoing Agora Subterranean Canal project (Read HERE) and a new canal connecting to Kolambog Creek in Lapasan. Here’s our interpretation based on the map presented.
The plan aims to divide the flow going into Bitan-ag Creek and divert some volume into Kolambog Creek which flows out to Macajalar Bay as shown.
