There’s a new dining spot in Uptown Cagayan de Oro that’s always packed with people especially during lunch and dinner – THE NOBLES’ SEAFOOD AND GRILL. Located along Masterson Avenue right across Searsolin and beside DILG, the new restaurant opened in early December last year and has since attracted many curious customers wanting to try what the new place has to offer.
However, as a precaution, you need to be extra patient as serving takes a little longer – 15 minutes at least. There’s really nothing new in their menu. They serve the usual Filipino favorites: Sinuglaw, Liempo, Kinilaw, Paksiw, Grilled Fish/Panga, Pork Barbecue, etc…plus Sashimi.
Accordingly, their main specialty is Sinuglaw.
Customers choose their food from several boxes of fresh/frozen meat or fish and tell the waiter how they’re cooked – in accordance to the menu. Prices vary and are based on the weight of the fish/meat chosen.
So it takes a while before you get to start to eat…just be patient.
Anyway, if you’re in a hurry, better try fast food.
