“REYNA ELENA”, an original full-length award-winning play written by known Kagay-anon Maria Soledad “Chic” Nery-Fortich will soon be brought back to life on stage on November 10-11, 2016 at Xavier University’s Little Theater. Maia Nery Fortich Poblete, Chic’s daughter will be directing the play that won 2nd place in the 1983 Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature as a tribute to her mother.

The staging of “Reyna Elena” is also meant to inspire local artists and theater groups to stage more original plays and stories by Kagay-anons. Tickets are at P100. For reservations, you may call or text 0917-8708792 or PM Maia Nery Fortich Poblete.
