CDO connection in NCAA Champs San Beda Red Lions

While the spotlight was on Jiovani Jalalon, Cagayan de Oro City pride is not lost as the newly-crowned NCAA Champion San Beda Red Lions also boast of two cagers from the city with San Beda skipper Roldan Sara and center Antonio Bonsubre, Jr.

Sara finished with seven points, six rebounds, and six assists to help the Red Lions capture their ninth championship in 11 years. He was the stabilizer which kept San Beda’s composure.
