Spouses Ramon and Kakay Valleser always knew “lechon baboy” (roasted pig) is a fixture in every special occasion among Filipinos. So they opened the “House of Native Lechon” located at Buena Oro in Upper Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City.
Hoping for just a modest celebration on soft opening, they never thought their restaurant which offers the first and only “unlimited lechon” in the city would be a hit…just like in the movies, it’s a certified blockbuster that they ran out of lechon baboy in the first couple of days…a sleeper that customers start to line up even before they open. See the line below…
Since opening, they have learned to adjust as the demand grew by the day. They now serve an average of 7 to 8 lechon baboys serving some 400 customers daily during lunch and dinner buffets.
It’s like a daily feast inside the restaurant with a Filipino-themed interior of bamboo and ceiling mats.
Groups of friends, families, co-workers and couples…. they all came and tried one of the best tasting lechon baboy in the city.
So visit House of Native Lechon and experience the feast!!!
