PROJECT WATCH: SophieRed Hotel and Floating Restaurant set for 2017 opening




SophieRed Hotel and Floating Restaurant located in Bobuntugan, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental will be operational next year even as construction continues for the town’s first hotel resort facility.

As a jump-off point for Agutayan Islet, a major tourist destination of the province, the pier is the first to be completed.

    Agutayan is just a sandbar not an islet, there’s a significant difference between the two under article 121 of UNCLOS
