Drug cases up 300%; cause worsening congestion at Lumbia City Jail

Despite the so-called extra judicial killings occurring in many parts of the country, Cagayan de Oro City’s police force and other law enforcement agencies have followed the legal procedure in its anti-illegal drugs campaign which led to a 300 percent increase in drug-related cases filed at the City Prosecutor’s Office, one month since President Rodrigo Duterte assumed office (Read LINK). This has also caused the worsening congestion at the City Jail in Lumbia.
