Army’s 4ID gets 43 new military trucks, 10 ambulances from Korea

The 4th Infantry “Diamond” Division, Philippine Army based in Camp Evangelista in Cagayan de Oro City has received a total of forty-three (43) KM-450 Troop Carrier Trucks and Ten (10) units of KM-451 Ambulance. The issuance of the vehicles to Army units is part of the modernization program and the continuing mobility enhancement program of the Army and is a product of a Government-to-Government procurement between the Republic of the Philippines and South Korea.

A ceremonial blessing of the vehicles was held at Camp Evangelista last August 30, 2016. The vehicles will address mobility requirements of the subordinate units of 4ID.
