The event aims to create an event that fosters friendship and peace through sports among young citizens. The event also aims to serve as a venue to advocate environmental concerns particularly the state of our waters and to become a communal convergence of people and appreciate sports and the potential of Cagayan River as a venue for recreation.

And of course, the event’s advocacy will not be complete without the lasting photographs of the race. Thus, it is also inviting all photography enthusiasts who want to SHOOT, WATCH & ENJOY. Just proceed to Liceo River Port, which is the best place to watch the race.
